The agent of Yankuba Minteh, who is being targeted by Everton, Bojang, has stated that terms have already been agreed upon with one club this summer.

He acknowledges that the onus now rests with the Magpies to determine whether they receive a suitable offer for the 19-year-old attacker.

According to the Daily Mail, the Toffees are reportedly increasing their interest in the £30 million-rated Gambia international, and this deal may result in Dominic Calvert-Lewin leaving, which would benefit both parties with PSR.

Fabrizio Romano posted on Twitter: “Yankuba Minteh’s agent Bojang confirms his imminent exit from Newcastle: ‘We have agreed terms with one club. Now the rest is with Newcastle”.

There will be other clubs lurking, so Everton needs to move soon.

Minteh’s agent has confirmed that terms have already been agreed with one club, indicating that the Gambia international is likely to leave St James’ Park this summer.

Signing him would be a smart move for Everton as it would help them strengthen their squad and aid in their efforts to comply with PSR, provided Calvert-Lewin goes the other way.

However, the Toffees must move quickly to secure the signing of Minteh as there will be other clubs keen to sign the talented 19-year-old attacker.

They cannot, however, afford to wait around because rival teams will undoubtedly be keeping a careful eye on the situation.

It remains to be seen if the talented 19-year-old seals a move abroad or is spotted dashing at Goodison Park next season.
