Dr Rajpal Brar says that Leeds United midfielder Archie Gray’s high levels of fitness portend well ahead of a possible Tottenham transfer.

The 18-year-old’s availability for all 46 regular-season Championship games this past season, according to the injury expert, is a strong sign that he can already handle the physical demands of senior football.

This follows The Athletic’s June 14 article, which stated that Borussia Dortmund and Spurs are among the teams monitoring him. Dan Bardell even hinted that the Lilywhites would make an offer to sign him that would include two players.

Dr. Brar, a sports scientist and physical therapist, spoke exclusively with Todd News about Gray’s play, saying, “He played 44 games this past season and the other two he was on the bench.”

“That’s a sign of good fitness, but keep in mind that it’s only the second tier.

Spurs will mostly need to monitor his fitness measures and his reaction to first-team training.

He might be a possibility if he is keeping up with the expectations set by the staff and reacting appropriately.
