As they prepare for a summer contract, Tottenham and Tosin Adarabioyo’s team are in continuous communication, sources have told Football Insider.
The 26-year-old has informed Fulham that he will quit the team when his contract ends at the end of June after turning down several offers of extensions.
Spurs are eager to move into first place to sign the defender, who has numerous suitors in the Premier League and abroad.
In the background, the North London club is negotiating a possible deal after being in constant communication with his representatives in recent months.

Last month, Football Insider disclosed that Liverpool and Spurs are interested in a possible trade for the center defender.
Along with French team Monaco, the defender is also being pursued by European powerhouse AC Milan and other Serie A teams.
And earlier this month, sources told Football Insider that West Ham have become the most recent team to enter the competition to sign the 26-year-old this summer.
Adarabioyo has made 132 appearances for Fulham, 25 of which have come in all competitions this year.
The central defender, who came through the club’s development academy, has also appeared in eight matches for Man City.
Adarabioyo was loaned out by Manchester United to West Brom and Blackburn Rovers before agreeing to a permanent transfer to Fulham in 2020.
