Arsenal is keen to sign Euro 2024 standout Riccardo Calafiori after being impressed with his performance.
The Bologna defender is in great demand, though, and a number of elite European teams are vying for his services. Juventus is one of them, trying to lure him in by making their manager the previous manager of his team.
Arsenal also has to contend with Premier League competition. Tottenham has reportedly been keeping tabs on Calafiori as well, according a report in Tuttosport. The Lilywhites wish to add Calafiori to their lineup after making recent investments in at least two Serie A defenders.
Tottenham is determined to outbid Arsenal for his signature after keeping an eye on him during the Euros, where he has done remarkably well.
Since Calafiori is currently among Europe’s top defenders, there will likely be more interest in him. Tottenham, though, seems to be Arsenal’s biggest rival in the competition for his talents.
Only Arsenal’s viewpoint Calafiori is a truly unique player, as all of us can see, and we anticipate that he will soon join a larger team.
But there’s still fierce competition for his signature, so we need to act quickly to show our interest.
