“Obviously, it’s a different engineering side now, but as a whole team, we’re all collaborating anyway. Everything is shared to a great extent, and to succeed in Formula 1, you need full cooperation between both sides of the garage,” he said. “Fortunately, we definitely have that here.”
Lawson praised the team’s efforts in making the transition feel seamless, pointing out that their professionalism and internal communication played a crucial role in helping him settle quickly.
