Overview Guinea in the Equatoria Videos: The chief of Equatorial Guinea’s financial crime agency, Baltasar Ebang Engonga, is embroiled in a scandal. More than 400 obscene movies were allegedly discovered on Engonga’s computer by authorities looking into fraud allegations against him. Engonga is purportedly shown in the films with a number of women, including the President’s sister and his brother’s wife.
The leak and other health hazards are being looked into by the Attorney General’s Office. According to a spokeswoman, “he could face charges for endangering public health if proven.”
