The 2025 NFL combine is over, and the Georgia Bulldogs put on another strong show. A number of Bulldogs contributed to their respective NFL draft stocks by showcasing remarkable athleticism.
Two of the greatest risers at the combine, according to ESPN NFL draft analyst Mel Kiper Jr., were defensive lineman Tyrion Ingram-Dawkins and centre Jared Wilson.
According to Mel Kiper’s analysis, Tyrion Ingram-Dawkins and Jared Wilson have both greatly enhanced their draft prospects and are now predicted to be selected on the second day of the NFL draft. On the second day of the NFL draft, rounds two and three are held. In particular, Kiper expects Wilson to be selected in the second round following his performance at the combine.
“Jared Wilson is an NFL centre, therefore even if he has some guard experience, he is unlikely to be selected in the first round. However, Kiper stated, “I’m sure he won’t make it past Round 2.
Ingram-Dawkins had 33 and 1/2-inch arms, weighed 276 pounds, and stood 6 feet 5 inches tall. He ran the 40-yard sprint in 4.86 seconds and recorded an amazing 36-inch vertical. He only had three sacks the previous season, so that performance alone is enough to propel him from a position of doubtful output to the first three rounds and possibly a top-100 choice.
“His performance in the Bulldogs’ D-line rotation (three sacks the previous season) raised concerns, and some questioned whether Ingram-Dawkins ought to have gone back to school. However, Kiper stated, “I consider him a Day 2 prospect.”
