Ange Postecoglou is rumored to be keeping an eye on the five-time international in addition to Pep Guardiola and Mikel Arteta, with Tottenham Hotspur expected to compete with their English rivals for the player’s services. Although Rucci is supposedly valued at £42 million by Torino, it is stated that the Premier
