Police have accused two Sydney Swans AFLW players with illegal drug possession.
According to court documents, Alexia Hamilton and Paige Sheppard were the two athletes found guilty in January; however, no conviction was noted, according to The Age.
According to Tom Morris of Channel 9, the pair was given a “conditional release order”—”known as a good behaviour bond.
The Swans declined to comment, but the league acknowledged that it is aware of the problem. “I assume that important Sydney Swans executives have known for a few months.

Additionally, it highlights the league’s drug policy, which is obviously undergoing a thorough examination. Both players were banned for two games for “conduct unbecoming” after the league issued a statement.
