“The fact that we are in the process of building a team doesn’t stop us from having a winning mentality irrespective of which competition we are playing, all the games regardless of whether it is a league or cup game, we are going to make sure we do our best and that is the reason we are working very closely with the players currently so that they have the self-belief, trust and remain positive”, Nabi says.
In order to improve performance and lead the Chiefs to new heights, the team will add two new players in January.
After September’s 2-1 loss to Mamelodi Sundowns, head coach Nabi gave a press conference, stating that he had three months to locate new players for the January transfer window.
According to FARPost, Nabi stated, “I think my striker Chivaviro scored today and in the previous game, it’s okay but I want the level that is more higher.”
“To be honest, there are only four or five excellent players in the African market, but major teams like Esperance, Al Ahly, and Zamelek have already begun the process with their talented athletes.”
“At the moment, the African market is not doing well. In my opinion, we don’t play in October anymore; instead, we only play in November and December before the market opens in January. This gives me three months to conduct real scouting for players that I want and of high calibre. “I express my gratitude to the club committee for granting me the funding,” the Kaizer Chiefs strategist said.
TARGET: THREE PARTIES
There are a few excellent wingers and a midfielder in the local league, but Nabi is anticipated to go throughout the continent for a striker.
Two of the names are also players that Kaizer Chiefs attempted to sign this past winter. Knowing their precise rates should make talks more simpler and more straightforward.
