At the Colorado-Kansas State game, Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook welcomed one other with warmth.After the former left the Oklahoma City Thunder in 2016, the two got into a long-lasting feud, but these days they are very much in love. Among the well-known individuals present at Saturday’s NCAA football game between Colorado and Kansas State were Durant and Westbrook, the two former colleagues exchanging cordial greetings.
It’s fantastic that Westbrook and Durant get along so well these days. Thankfully, things didn’t work out the way it had appeared at one point, when it had looked like these two might never even be able to communicate again.
Durant and Westbrook had a good deal of success together throughout their eight seasons as Thunder teammates. In 2012, they guided the team to the NBA Finals and three visits to the Conference Finals. Things didn’t go well between them following the most recent of those visits, where they fell to the Golden State Warriors in seven games.
