The Italy Under-17 team’s standout performer, Francesco Camarda, is expected to sign a new contract with Serie A powerhouse Milan.

Camarda, who made his Rossoneri debut at the age of 15, is expected to stay longer at the club after scoring an incredible brace for Italy against Portugal in yesterday’s Under-17 Euros final. This has helped to revive Camarda’s reputation.

According to Luca Bianchin, Camarda will remain at the Rossoneri despite overtures and offers from teams like Manchester City and Borussia Dortmund. Dortmund appeared to be eager to acquire him, but Camarda will join Milan on a three-year contract.

There is a plan in place for the young player, who will participate with the club’s Under-23 team in the upcoming season. During his tenure with the Under-23s, he will be able to communicate directly with the first team and will receive bonuses should he score or assist on the squad.
