Minnesota Twins infielder Royce Lewis is expected to return to the organization after missing a substantial amount of time for yet another season.
Lewis has returned to the Twins in time for Tuesday’s Yankee Stadium series opening against the New York Yankees, having successfully completed his rehab assignment.
In light of this, the Twins had to make a difficult equivalent move, and after their victory against Houston on Sunday, they chose to option second baseman Edouard Julien to Triple-A, according to Do-Hyoung Park of MLB.com.
