Arsenal, Manchester City and Liverpool are among the clubs lining up to sign Crystal Palace winger Michael Olise this summer.
This summer, Michael Olise is scheduled to go from Crystal Palace; however, he has not yet made up his mind about his next move, even though he is aware that he has the upper hand among Premier League executives.
HITC Football is aware that Arsenal, Manchester City, Liverpool, Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur, Newcastle United, and Chelsea have all expressed interest in the player and have made inquiries. These teams’ interest is long-term, as they were unsuccessful in their attempt to sign him during the summer.
Although they are still fans of him, Aston Villa is exploring other options, such Alex Baena of Villarreal. They loved him before he moved to Palace.
According to sources who spoke with HITC Football, the wide player, who was born in London, would eventually like to stay in the city, but that wouldn’t stop him from going north.
The club and the player have not even entertained the possibility of a January transfer since Olise has a release clause that is reportedly worth more than £50 million, but it does not go into effect until the summer.
While a transfer inside the Premier League seems plausible, HITC is aware that Olise is also on the monitoring lists of PSG, Barcelona, and Atletico Madrid.
Battle already starting for Crystal Palace talent Michael Olise
The fact that Olise is drawing summer interest even though we are still in the January window speaks volumes about his abilities.
The 22-year-old has scored five goals in nine Premier League games this year, and Patrick Vieira has called him a “special talent” in the past.
Olise is one of the best young players in the Premier League, and it’s not difficult to imagine him breaking out as a true superstar in the years to come.
As Arsenal may see him as a rival to Bukayo Saka down the right flank, the battle for his signature looks to have already begun.
But Mikel Arteta could have to be inventive with Olise’s positioning because it would seem pointless to sign the Frenchman merely to fill in for Saka.
It is not surprising that Liverpool is interested; they will be afraid of losing Mohamed Salah this season and will undoubtedly find left-footed players to play on the right wing.
Olise is a fantastic fit, and it would be especially nice for the Reds to beat Manchester City to get him.
How about Manchester United?
They invested a lot of money in Anthony in 2022, but he hasn’t shown much, and Olise is a promising replacement for the Brazilian down United’s right side.
Although Olise playing for Tottenham under Ange Postecoglou is an enticing proposition, Spurs might have trouble beating their competitors in the Premier League to this contract.
However, many anticipated that when Bayern faced Tottenham for Radu Dragusin, so we can’t completely rule out Postecoglou luring Olise to Spurs in the same way that he did with the Romanian defender.
With all of the Premier League’s elite teams prepared to battle, Olise looks to be one of the summer’s biggest storylines. Palace is likely aware that Olise’s time as an Eagles star is drawing to an end.
